Where we deliver

We deliver to the contiguous 48 United States and Washington, D.C. We do not deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.

Shipping prices

Standard shipping is $2.99 for one chime. Any two or more chimes ship free to our delivery area, including mixed Ghost and Pumpkin orders. No discount code is needed. Taxes, if applicable, are calculated at checkout.

Processing and delivery

We dispatch orders within 2 business days. Delivery takes up to 4 business days after dispatch. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. We send tracking information when your order ships. These are two separate time periods, not a four-day total from ordering.
